SLK Driving School Blackpool can offer Pass Plus in either manual or automatic. Pass Plus is a course designed by the DSA aimed at all new drivers. Once you have passed your practical driving test, it will help you build on your existing driving skills and help you build your confidence. You can also save money on your insurance premiums.
Pass Plus is made up of 6 modules:
- Driving in town
- Driving in all weathers
- Driving on rural roads
- Driving at night
- Driving on dual carriageways
- Driving on motorways
The course lasts a minimum of 6 hours and can be completed all in one driving lesson or broken down into 2 or 3 hour driving sessions.
By the end of the course, you will be able to plan ahead & anticipate and then in turn deal with all sorts of hazards making you a safer driver.
With SLK Driving School the cost of the 6 hour course is £150
Once you have completed the Pass Plus, there is no driving test to take. We will complete the relevant forms and send them off to the DSA who in turn, will send you your Pass Plus Certificate.
Once you have your certificate, you can benefit from a reduction in your insurance costs from certain insurers who support the scheme.
